Rewritten
Hey,
A few updates from this week. We launched the new pricing page, which I'd been putting off for way too long. We also crossed 500 subscribers, which feels like a nice milestone even if the number itself doesn't mean much on its own.
I'm also quietly working on a podcast that should be ready sometime next month — more on that soon.
Thanks for reading, as always.
About this tool
Heavily formatted newsletters can read as promotional even when the content is genuinely personal, and plain text emails consistently get better open and reply rates because they look like they came from an actual person. This tool takes a newsletter with headers, bullets, and other structured formatting and rewrites it as simple prose that reads like a direct email. It's especially useful for cold outreach-adjacent sends or for writers testing whether a more personal format improves engagement compared to their usual designed template.
Frequently asked questions
Does it remove bullet points entirely?+
Yes, bullets and headers are converted into flowing sentences since plain text emails read more naturally as prose than as a formatted list.
Why would I want a less formatted version?+
Plain text emails often perform better for open and reply rates because they read as personal rather than promotional, especially for smaller or relationship-driven lists.
Will it still include all the same information?+
Yes, the content itself is preserved — only the formatting and structure change, not the substance of what's being communicated.
